Minghua Song (宋 明華, Son Minhoa) is Kei Narutani's forceful Chinese childhood friend who lost her parents during the chaotic evacuation of Shanghai.

Background

Minghua and Kei Narutani both grew up in China where they were refugees together and they both have lost their parents at this time.

They are living in Kei's grandfather's house near the Komatsu Airbase.

• Minghua's surname Song means "Song Dynasty" (宋).
